I help people heal through the ancient art of yoga, and that is my single focus as a young professional.

I understand that this is not the most common life path, but, frankly, life is not a race to find a career that offers a comfy seat. In 2020, I felt the need to heal and so decided to spend time at an ashram for my own personal retreat. It wasn’t to escape life, but to truly participate in every inch of it. Within the stillness, I awoke to the many facets of my body, mind, and spirit, and that is when yoga discovered me, and hasn’t left me since.

Upon reflection, yoga has developed into something deeper than a practice—it has ultimately turned into a lifestyle. It has supported me mentally, physically, emotionally, and even in my career. It has assisted me in providing clarity in moments of perplexity, balance when life felt overwhelmingly chaotic, and even offered energy when I was deficient. I was fortunate enough to study at Bihar School of Yoga, one of the most revered yoga institutes in the world. And during my time in the ashram, I didn’t just learn the techniques, I received the opportunity to immerse in the depths of yoga. It offered me a sense of being grounded, sharpened awareness, and a deepened connection to life.

With this, I desire to bring that experience to you.

The journey begins with this, if you found yourself here, a part of you is also prepared. The most exciting part, prepared to evolve, and most importantly, prepared to transform.
